Poland as a candidate to host Women's European Championship in 2025
The final tournament of the Women's European Championship in 2025 could be another international sports event to be organised in Poland! Our country has already hosted several international football tournaments and finals, including EURO 2012, the European Under-21 Championships (2017) and the FIFA Under-20 World Cup (2019). Moreover, Warsaw and Gdańsk hosted the 2015 and 2021 Europa League final matches.

The President of the Polish Football Association met with the UEFA President, Aleksander Čeferin, on Tuesday. They talked about the cooperation and the future of Polish football. Marcin Dorna acting as the Sports Director of PZPN
The Management Board of PZPN appointed Marcin Dorna as the acting Sports Director of PZPN at the meeting held on Saturday. He will replace Stefan Majewski, who terminated his contract with the Association by mutual agreement on 16 September 2021.
Paweł Grycmann becomes the new Director of the PZPN School of Coaches and Head of Education at PZPN
The Polish Football Association would like to announce that Paweł Grycmann is now the new Director of the PZPN School of Coaches and Head of Coach Education and Licensing in the association.
Łukasz Wachowski – Secretary General of PZPN
During the meeting held last Thursday, the Management Board of PZPN decided that Łukasz Wachowski would serve as Secretary General of Polish Football Association until the end of 2021. He will replace Maciej Sawicki who is leaving the association.
Tomasz Mikulski – Chairman of the PZPN Referees Committee
Tomasz Mikulski, who had served as head of referees since 18 August 2021 and had been the Vice-Chairman of the PZPN Referees Committee during the previous term, became the new Chairman of the PZPN Referees Committee. Mikulski was appointed at the meeting of the Management Board of the Polish Football Association, which was held last Thursday.
