Syrenka Cup: Poland beats Latvia
Polish under-17 national team won with Latvia 1:0 in the first match of XIX Syrenka Cup. Winning goal was scored by Kamil Wojtkowski in 4th minute of action.

Head coach of Polish National Under 17 Team Robert Wójcik has named 24 players for a training camp in Grodzisk Wielkopolski (06 – 09. 08.2014).
It was so close... Poles lost to Turkey on penalties
Polish under 17 National Team lost to Turkey 4:5 on penalties in the last, decisive game of the Euro U-17 qualification round.

As I am writing this text, it is almost 11:00 pm. The Poles have been in their rooms for tens of minutes, and the Turks just pass me by, one by one, in the hotel lobby – laughing, with phones in hands and headphones on their ears. Just their professionalism vs. southern idyll.
WÓJCIK ON THE DRAW FOR THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2014 AND 2015
Ahead ofthe under-17s team, there are two very important events. Today, at the headquarters of UEFA, the qualifying groups for the UEFA European Championship 2014 and European Championships 2015 were drawn. They were valued especially for us by the coach Robert Wójcik.
