The Polish Football Association (PZPN) announces that four new members are joining the coaching staff of the Polish national team led by head coach Michał Probierz in preparation for the UEFA EURO 2024 final tournament: Marcin Dorna, Daniel Wojtasz, Bartłomiej Zalewski and Marcin Włodarski. The first three will be responsible for tactical analysis, while the last one will act as a trainee coach and is a representative of youth national team coaches on the staff.

Marcin Dorna was born in Poznań on 17 September 1979. He graduated from Poznań University of Physical Education and then worked at the Lech Poznań Academy. Since 2008 he was the head coach of Poland's junior national teams, reaching the semi-finals of the European Championship (2012) with his under-17 team. From 2013 to 2017, he worked as the head coach of the national under-21 team, which he led in the final tournament of the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. He has been the Sports Director of the Polish Football Association since 2021.

Born on 15 July 1982 in Wrocław, Daniel Wojtasz currently serves as an analyst for the PZPN Coach School. He is a coach with a UEFA Pro licence. During his coaching career he has worked on the coaching staffs of clubs such as Stomil Olsztyn, Odra Opole, Wigry Suwałki, Stal Mielec and Korona Kielce.

As a footballer, the less than 45-year-old Bartłomiej Zalewski used to play for, among others, Pogoń Zduńska Wola, Aluminium Konin and Warta Poznań. He quickly began his coaching career, working for clubs such as Cracovia, Jagiellonia Białystok, Wisła Kraków and GKS Bełchatów; he was a member of Michał Probierz's staff for many years. Since 2008, he has been working with junior national teams and has also independently led the Polish national teams in the under-15–under-19 categories. He is currently the coordinator for the Talent PRO and Future Pro projects.

Born on 6 September 1982, Marcin Włodarski played for clubs in the lower divisions. He started his coaching career at MOSiR and Karpaty Krosno. Since 2018, he has been employed by the Polish Football Association as a coach working with junior national teams. In March, he took part in the training camp of the senior Polish national team as a trainee coach. He represents the coaches of the youth national teams on the staff.
