Host cities and official logo of the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup revealed
            On Saturday, 6 September 2025, the Superauto.pl Silesian Stadium in Chorzów hosted a special event dedicated to preparations for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, which will take place in Poland. During the “Brand Launch” conference, the host cities for the tournament were revealed, along with the official logo and visual identity for the upcoming competition.
The event was attended by representatives of FIFA and the Polish Football Association, including PZPN President Cezary Kulesza, Vice President for Coaching Sławomir Kopczewski, Board Member Henryk Kula, and General Secretary Łukasz Wachowski, as well as officials from the host cities. Guests had the opportunity to watch the premiere of a promotional film and presentations outlining the tournament format and match schedule. The event also featured speeches from representatives of FIFA, PZPN, and the host cities. The tournament will be played across four stadiums: Bielsko-Biała, Łódź (ŁKS Stadium), Katowice and Sosnowiec.
Poland continues to demonstrate its ability to successfully host major football events. After UEFA EURO 2012, the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, and the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup, the country also staged prestigious club finals – the UEFA Super Cup in Warsaw (2024) and the UEFA Europa Conference League final in Wrocław (2025).
The growth of women’s football remains particularly significant. This year, Poland hosted the2025 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship in the Podkarpacie region. Meanwhile, the senior women’s national team achieved a historic milestone by qualifying for the UEFA Women's Championship for the first time ever. The Polish Football Association has also submitted bids to host the UEFA Women’s EURO 2029 and the 2027 UEFA Women’s Champions League Final in Warsaw.
