The Polish women's national team will be making its first ever appearance at the European Women's Championship tournament. The White-and-Reds, led by head coach Nina Patalon, earned their place in the tournament after a two-legged tie against Austria. The Poles won in front of their home crowd 1–0 and beat their rivals away with the same result. Our team has been assigned to group C and will face Germany (4 July in St. Gallen at Arena St. Gallen), Sweden (8 July at St. Jakob-Park in Basel) and Denmark (12 July in Lucerne at Allmend Stadion Luzern) at the group stage.
