New technologies in InPost sports sponsorship

InPost, a strategic sponsor of the Polish national football team, has used innovative technology to provide young fans with a unique experience.


In recent months, InPost has consistently implemented non-standard communication projects related to sport, such as contextual advertising on LED boards during Polish national football team matches, or a special InPost parcel locker, placed in the village of Hiszpania (Polish: Spain), as part of the activation of the InPost Group's partnership with the Atletico Madrid club. During the October matches of the Polish national team, the brand once again came up with a surprise.

InPost and the PZPN, together with the technology company Awabot, prepared a special robot which was used by the charges of the Herosi Foundation to remotely participate in the most important moments during the Polish national team's matches against Portugal and Croatia. The special robot allowed the children in the hospital to virtually greet the players coming out of the coach, talk to them, see the locker room and the area where the players line up before the first whistle. This initiative allowed the children to experience unforgettable sporting emotions even though they were not physically present in the stadium.

InPost's sponsorship activation featuring a robot is the first use of this type of technology at a sporting event in Poland.
