Football agents' activities - announcement
In connection with the current FIFA and PZPN regulations concerning the activities of football agents, we would like to remind you that the services of a football agent can only be performed by a person with a FIFA licence.
Clients - i.e. clubs, male players, female players, male coaches, female coaches - are not allowed to commission persons who do not hold a FIFA licence to perform agent services on their behalf.
An agent's services consist of football-related services performed by the agent for or on behalf of the client, including any negotiation, communication related to or preparation for the negotiation, or other related activities, the purpose, task or intention of which is to conclude a transaction (to conclude a contract, to amend or terminate a contract, to carry out a transfer). Before engaging with an agent, the client is obliged to verify that he/she holds a FIFA licence.

In addition, verification can be done via the PZPN Agents Search Engine.
The search engine lists agents with a FIFA licence who are authorised to act as agents on the territory of Poland.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that contracting the services of an agent and cooperating with persons who do not hold a FIFA agent's licence constitutes a disciplinary offence, which may constitute grounds for the imposition of disciplinary sanctions on, among others, clubs and players by authorised bodies.
