For all those who came to the capital on the Wednesday evening of 15 November, the participation in the "Big Test" organised by TVP and hosted by well-known journalists Sylwia Dekiert and Maciej Kurzajewski was quite an experience. After all, to represent your voivodeship, you first had to demonstrate that you have the greatest knowledge and the best reflexes. This is how sixteen teams of four (one girl and one boy from each of two age categories: born in 2009–2012 and 2013–2015) were formed.

During the Warsaw finals, each team was accompanied by a representative of the sports, media, culture or show business segment, who acted as its "captain". After three rounds of questions on both historical and current football issues, the top eight teams were selected, with only two remaining in the next — and final — stage. In the end, Team Wielkopolska comprising Hanna Ratajczak, Wiktoria Suwalska, Jakub Przybyłek and Aleksander Wlekliński, supervised by Agnieszka Kobus-Zawojska, a silver and bronze Olympic medallist in rowing, won a narrow victory against Team Dolny Śląsk.

The winning team received a PLN 30,000 cheque from Polish national team coach Michał Probierz, which they decided to donate to support amputee football. Congratulations to all finalists and winners!
