At the beginning of March, the Polish Football Association posted information on social media about the possibility for specific clubs and academies to sign up and organise free training for children from Ukraine. We posted announcements on the federation's official profile to help reach as many interested parties as possible. The involvement of the football community exceeded our wildest expectations. There were so many applications that we decided to go a step further and prepared a special questionnaire for clubs affiliated to the Polish Football Association. It allowed us to create in one place a complete database of all clubs in Poland offering free training for people from Ukraine, especially children and young people.

In addition to the club's contact details, the database also provides precise information on which year groups the club is able to accept for training. This will allow anyone who reports to the Polish Football Association or the Ministry of Sport and Tourism to be directed to the nearest club!

968 clubs have already signed up! We are impressed by your commitment and we would like to encourage you to post videos and photos on your social media under the hashtag #PolskaPilkaDlaUKRAINY (#PolishFootballForUKRAINE) showing how you train to inspire others. The Łączy Nas Piłka camera will also visit those clubs which considerably support our campaign.

NOTE! The questionnaire is an official survey addressed to clubs affiliated to the Polish Football Association. Only club users of the PZPN Extranet system have access to it after logging in.

On the basis of the data obtained in the survey, the Polish Football Association will regularly publish on its website an updated database of clubs declaring to accept people from Ukraine for training.
