Adam Nawałka extends deal as Poland head coach until 2018 World Cup

The Polish Football Association is delighted to announce that Adam Nawałka has signed an extended contract that ties him to the Polish national team at least until the end of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. If the Polish national team will qualify to the final tournament in Russia, the contract will be automatically extended for the duration of the championship.
Nawałka is in charge since October 2013. On 11 October, 2015 the Polish national team under his leadership qualified for the final tournament of the 2016 UEFA European Championship in France. The Polish team reached the EURO2016 quarter-finals.
In total Poland under Nawałka recorded 15 victories, 11 draws and suffered 4 losses.
