All clubs of women's Ekstraliga received a professional training equipment for the upcoming season. Polish Football Association acquired it from FIFA Women’s Football Development program which was created to develop women's football.

"It means a lot to our clubs as they can't count on technical partners and have to provide equipment for themselves. Quite often women's teams don't have a proper gear to play matches in, let alone training in one", explains Andrzej Padewski, chairman of the Committee for Women's Football.

Each of twelve Ekstraliga teams received a set of football boots, kits for players and goalies, leg pads, gloves, training bips and 20 Brazuca balls. The official ball of the World Cup in Brazil will be used in 2014/2015 Ekstraliga season.

Polish Football Association acquired football gear worth around 100,000 zł from FIFA Women’s Football Development 2012-2015 program. FIFA launched the program after a massively successful 2011 World Cup in Germany. All federations associated within FIFA can obtain financial help as far as domestic competitions, administration, training and promotion of women's football are considered.
